| Banner guidelines |
- Artwork has to be received at least 24 hours before the banners are due to go live.
- Campaign creative as a banner will not go live without a booking order
- Back-up gifs must be provided for all campaigns using flash banners.
- Interactive banners, including expandable and HTML form banners have to be tested for compatibility and revisions may be required. We therefore recommend that creative (even in draft form) is sent for testing as soon as possible.
- Audio on banners must be initiated by the user.
- Video in banners can run for a maximum of 15 seconds.
- Content must comply with the relevant laws, regulations and be appropriate to the cultural /political viewpoints of the UAE, Middle East or other target countries.
- Reports can only be provided when the campaign is finished, although reports can be checked via the system during the campaign. We will aim to supply them within 2 days for banner campaigns and 10 days for email campaigns (from the end date).
